       As anyone who loves and owns a horse, you never want to ever consider the death of your animal. The circumstances regarding its cause of death were unknown. As a result, a necropsy was ordered. Surprisingly, after receiving the results of the testing, we were left utterly confused. According to the testing, the animal had been euthanized. This would in the customer's situation, nullify their policy. We knew that this finding was an impossibility, due to the fact that the horse was on a trailer on the way to a show. Tim Folck himself was a diligent individual, relentless in his investigation as to why the circumstances involving the cause of death of the horse did not fit the situation as it occured. It was due to the continued inquiry of Folck Insurance, that the inconsistency was discovered. The samples tested had been somehow substituted with another subject. As a result, our client was awarded the full value of her policy that enabled her to purchase another show horse.
